SUMMER CAMP
Education and Ocean Conservation
SNORKELING
Accepting ages 7-11 and 12-15, your child(ren) will have the opportunity to snorkel with leopard sharks, sea lions, and maybe even turtles, right in our San Diegan backyard. Because this is an educational camp, there will be lots of learning involved of our local ecology with in-water experiences.

We highly recommend that your child(ren) are good swimmers, but rest assured they will be constantly monitored and chaperoned in and around the water.
AQUARIUM
FIELD-TRIP
Admission to our summer camp includes a day at the aquarium! You might have visited Birch Aquarium but what better way for your little one to view it through the lens of our marine biologists and educators?

The new Little Blue Penguins are to die for! We'll learn all about them and so many more organisms at the aquarium.
REASEARCH AND EDUCATION
During the one-week session, our camp students will leave with a basis knowledge of common marine environmental issues and solutions for those issues, to lead a more sustainable life. Our in depth curriculum, that adhere to the Next Generation Science Standards, incorporates hands-on activities.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Each day of our camp features a different location, and thus a different learning theme for the day. This unique aspect of our camp allows students to get familiar with different marine ecosystems and how they all connect with one another. Below you will find the locations and learning activities for each day.
